The geographical scope of the coverage includes legal counselling in the Member States of the European Union and satisfies the minimum legal requirements under Section 51 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung [BRAO])
Note pursuant to Section 36 Consumer´s Dispute Settlement Act (Verbraucherstreitbei-legungsgesetz [VSBG])
Koch & Koch & Koch Attorneys at Law are neither willing nor obliged to participate in the dispute settlement proceedings before one of the consumer arbitration boards, nor is there any obligation to participate by legal rules.
